By installing or using the LoadTide Freight Helper Chrome extension (“LoadTide”), you agree to these terms.
1. The service
LoadTide shows extra information on load board websites you already use, such as credit ratings, fuel estimates, load counts and your own price history, and it helps you email brokers. You need your own valid accounts for DAT One, RTS Pro, Sylectus and Gmail. You must follow their terms of use.
2. Estimates, not advice
Fuel costs, profit, driving time, routes, load counts and ratings are estimates based on third-party and public data. They may be incomplete, delayed or wrong. They are not financial, legal or credit advice. Always confirm rates, credit and details with the broker before you book a load.
3. Your emails
You are responsible for the emails you send with LoadTide, including their content and recipients. Do not use LoadTide to send spam or unwanted bulk messages. Sending limits of Google and of LoadTide may apply.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse LoadTide, including by trying to overload the sites it works with or by using it to break any law or any website’s rules. LoadTide limits how often it makes requests on your behalf. Do not try to get around these limits.
5. Free and paid plans
LoadTide is currently free. Some features may later require a paid plan. If that happens, we will show clear pricing before you pay, and you can cancel at any time.
6. No warranty
LoadTide is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Websites such as DAT One or Sylectus may change at any time, and a feature may stop working until we update it.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, LoadTide and its developers are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for lost profits, loads or data, arising from your use of the extension. This includes decisions made based on its estimates.
8. Trademarks
DAT, DAT One, RTS, RTS Pro, Sylectus, Google and Gmail are trademarks of their owners. LoadTide is independent. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
