LoadTide Freight Helper is a free Chrome extension for truck dispatchers who work on DAT One and Sylectus. It puts the numbers you need right next to each load, so you can decide faster.

What it does

  • Broker credit next to every MC# on DAT One and Sylectus: the RTS credit rating (your own RTS Pro login), or your own factoring company’s answer from Triumph or Compass Funding Solutions, with the credit limit or rating.
  • Stolen identity alert: a blinking red badge when your factoring company flags the MC, with a ready identity-check email. Type the rate and click Send.
  • MC# lookup: type any MC number and see the broker’s RTS record and DAT credit score / days-to-pay in one place.
  • Load calculator: rate, fuel, tolls, driver pay and profit for the load you opened. Type the $/mile you want and it tells you the rate to ask for.
  • $/mile on all miles: rate per mile that counts loaded miles plus your deadhead to pickup, right in the results list.
  • Only US filter: one checkbox hides loads to or from Canada and Mexico.
  • Map & RPM for phone-only brokers: hover the phone number and see the route, deadhead, rate, $/mile and profit before you call.
  • Reload outlook on every load: a Hot / OK / Slow badge for the delivery state, plus loads leaving the delivery area when you open a load.
  • Market card: national $/mile, weekly trend and how strong your pickup state is, based on DAT Trendlines.
  • Load-to-truck ratio for your current DAT search.
  • Fuel cost per lane from daily diesel prices by state, including deadhead to pickup.
  • Your last price for a similar lane from your own price sheets.
  • Email the broker in one click from your own Gmail, using your own templates and signature, with a zoomable map and fuel calculator, or Copy the email to paste anywhere. LoadTide uses the email written in the load comments and warns you with a red ! when the email domain doesn’t match the broker.
  • Assistant Tracker: drop the rate confirmation on DAT One, send the load to your driver by WhatsApp, Viber or email, see where the truck is, and get ready broker updates, including detention.

Email the broker (Gmail)

If you choose “Connect Gmail”, LoadTide asks Google only for permission to send email on your behalf (the gmail.send permission). LoadTide sends only the email you write or approve, to the broker you choose. It cannot read, search or delete your email. You can disconnect at any time in the extension, or at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
